Your customer information is safe with Nature’s Pantry. The information you provided is for ordering purposes only and will never be traded, sold, or otherwise viewable by any other party. On occasion Nature’s Pantry will email our customers with valuable coupons and information. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to be removed from that email list.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Washington State will be charged sales tax, all orders shipped outside of Washington State will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax is 9.5%.

Payment Options
Currently Nature’s Pantry accepts Visa and Mastercard as Payment methods. Mail Orders may be phoned into our store and paid by Visa or Mastercard. Phone Orders: 425-454-0170.

Order Placement
Once your order is placed we are unable to add items to that order. The order information is printed directly after the order is placed online. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at 425-454-0170.

Order Shipment Information
We strive for excellent communication with our customers. Our orders are processed daily and generally shipped within 1-3 business days. In the event that there is an unforeseen problem we will keep you regularly posted and updated. After receiving your order, please check the package against the packing slip and report any discrepancies as soon as possible. United States Postal Service is the shipping carrier that we use. Here are there delivery definitions:

Parcel Post - can take up to 14 days for delivery (generally 2 - 9 days)

Priority - can Take up to 5 days for delivery (generally 2 - 3 days)

Please choose your shipping options accordingly. If at anytime you have concerns regarding the shipment of your order please feel free to contact us.

We do ship to APO and EPO addresses. We do ask that you choose Priority shipping for an APO or EPO address. Priority allows a smooth delivery with an APO or EPO address. There will be no additional charges applied to an APO or EPO shipment. Once the parcel has been shipped Nature's Pantry is not responsible for your parcel. In the event of non-delivery we will provide you with all of the shipping information to follow through with the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Information

Free Parcel Post Shipping on ALL orders.
Nature's Pantry ships to the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Canada, Mexico or any other US held territories outside of the Continental US. Our shipping method of choice is United States Postal Service.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
All of the items we carry have our professional guarantee, and if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will promptly start the process for an item(s) return. Nature's Pantry offers a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the unopened and/or the remaining unused products are shipped back to us with original packaging and packing slip. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept empty bottles as a product return. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping product back to us.
