Barleans Organic Flax Oil is a locally produced, freshly pressed oil. High Lignan Flax Oil offers
anti-oxidant value, as well as being great for relief of dry eyes according to opthomologists.
We keep the oil in our freezer to insure freshness to you. Flora tells us, that when the oil is frozen
in the brown glass bottles, the freshness is maintained for longevity. Before opening, let the bottle
come to room temperature, so you can use a chop stick to stir up the lignans which settle to the bottom.
Once stirred well, shake and refrigerate. Shake up to distribute lignans before each serving.
